The Palestine Archaeological Museum aims to further knowledge and understanding of the Palestinian region. This entails locating and preserving a growing collection of artifacts, photographs, books, and manuscripts that substantiate the historical value of Palestine. Subsequently, this collection reflects on the political, cultural, and economical disruptions the land has faced. This contemporary iteration of the Palestine Archaeological Museum has no established space, but rather, constantly travels. This modality mirrors the circuitous nature of displacement and exile, conditions of being which have been the foundation of the Palestinian experience.
